[Site] Changed some random things

I added a description at Novels. What I’m currently reading, what I plan to read and some credits.

I also added a hit counter and made some changes in the backend so that the website runs a bit more stable / faster.

Do you prefer a two-language-website? Or should I use a language-switch?
